A Couple Months Ago I Had A White Line In

A couple months ago I had a white line in my butt crack that felt like a cut but wasn't really painful but lately it's been hurting when I touch it and itching like crazy which makes it feel worse when I itch it , I took a picture of back there and there and small cuts or sores along both sides of my butt crack and the area has turned from light brown to pretty much a dark purple black color and I want it to go back to my normal color how could I do that ?
