A Couple Of Months Ago , I Had A Pretty

A couple of months ago , I had a pretty bad fall and fractured my elbow and hurt my knee. My elbow is completely fine now but my knee still hurts a little bit , it's slightly discoloured and bruised and it's got a crumbly feeling to my kneecap , I've also got a little pea sized lump on my knee cap that moves ? I've always had pains in my elbows and knees before I fell and was just wondering what this is ?
