A Month Ago I Was Diagnosed With Pericarditis It Is

A month ago I was diagnosed with pericarditis it is now March and the symptoms has came back I went to the emergency room and they did a ECG which is an EKG and they did bloodwork they said everything came back normal so I went to my heart doctor they put me back on the chcolchicine and 600 mg ibopfen but today I looked at my results online , it said incomplete right branch bundle block , should be worried ? Is this dangerous ? Should I make another appointment ?
