A Piece Of Steak Stuck In Throat Will Pass On Its Own?

After eating a slightly too big piece of steak, it seems part of it has been caught inside of my throat. I'm not having any trouble breathing but not even water nor saliva will pass resulting in a lot of throwing up.Will the unpleasant sensation pass on its own?

Hello

I cannot tell you for sure that it will pass, but since you cannot even swallow your saliva, i would like you to meet your ent doctor immediately , before you develop any complications.
thanks
