General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Sac full of water is nothing more than a hydrocele - a kind of cyst filled with clear fluid. Usually it does not give any symptoms at the beginning. But as it gets bigger, it may cause a discomfort. Please try to put a light through it, if it will pass the light, hydrocele it is.
To treat hydrocele it is necessary to have a surgery, otherwise any punction will only help temporary. Please consult urologist.

Hope this will help.
Regards.
