What Could Be Causing A Painful, Grain-like Growth Near My Upper Back Tooth Along With Jaw Swelling?

A very small and tiny grain like structure (mix of red and white colour) grown up inside the oral cavity near last teeth of upper jaw And also swelling outside of upper jaw bone under the right ear. It is very much irritating &painful,I can t chew food due to this. What medicine should I take?
