A Week After A Bee Sting It Is Swelling In The Arms, Legs, And Neck. Is This Normal ?

I was stung a week ago and ending up in the er. I m still having swelling in the arms, legs and neck and I can t walk 2 feet without having trouble breathing is this normal.
