Should I Be Concerned About A Persistent Dent, Small Bump, And Occasional Pain In My Leg Months After A Fall?

A while ago I fell off my bunk bed ladder and my leg hit one of the bars. Ever since rhen I ve had this dent imin my leg and next to it, is a small raised bump, you can slightly still see a bruise on it even though it s been 2-3 months since the fall. It doesn t hurt when applying pressure, but sometimes even light grazing of a blanket triggers a small sense of pain. I don t know what it is, I ve never been worried about it enough to visit a doctor though. Should I be worried though?
