ACL Reconstruction Surgery Can Be Done After Arthroscopy?

i have a question regarding my acl tear
i had the acl and meniscus tear when i was in school
and i had a arthroscopy done and the orthopedic said that meniscus was removed but what i believe they didn't do anything ab't ACL. I have some soreness if i stand for long time ,i like to know can i still do the ACL reconstruction surgery
