Abdominal USG Showed Anteverted Uterus, Empty Endometrial Cavity, Thickened Myometrium. Meaning?
Recently I make USG of abdomen 4 my wife .The report was........ UTERUS: It Is anteverted & bulgy.Length is 93mm.TR dimension is 58mm.AP dimension is 46mm. Endometrial thickness is 7.7mm.(D12) . Endometrial cavity is empty. Myometrium is thickened with tiny hypoechoic areas. Cervix is normal.

Dear friend The ultrasound report is pointing towards a disease called as 'Endometriosis'.
Your wife requires treatment course with Gynecologist for a long time. And if your family is completed she may advice you the removal of uterus (Hysterectomy) also.
