Abdominal Cramps, Nausea After Having Protected Sex. Normal?

Hi, I lost my virginity 6 days ago. I'm sure my hymen was broken because I bled a couple of days after. The day after I had sex I started experiencing abdominal cramps and nausea and I still have them. I had protected sex and my partner did not ejaculate at all. Are the cramps and nausea symptoms normal after losing virginity?

Good evening
Don't worry its normal to have such symptoms. Anxiety can cause these symptoms. Its good to note you had protected sex.
