Abdominal Pain And Lower Back Pain After Stopped Taking Birth Control Pills. Need Consultation?

I skipped my birth control pill for two days (then took them together). can this cause abdominal pain? My stomach first had shooting pains and now there is a mild, burning pain along with lower back pain. Last month I had to go to the obgyn because I had my period for two weeks and had bloating and painful cramps. I cancelled my ultra sound because I started feeling better. Should I just wait to see a doctor if the pain continues?
