Abdominal Pain, Fever, Headache, Neck Stiff

On Thursday I woke up with the worst abdominal pain I have ever had. I went to work anyway and had to come home early. I was running a low grade fever and had a terrible headache . Today is Saturday and I still have the lowgrade fever. My neck is stiff on the left side and still have the abdominal pain on the upper left side. Can you help me to know what might be causing this? Thank you.

This is an acute pain might be due to some acute food poisoning. For this we need to know the history of your diet. It’s better to consult some local doctor because in my opinion you need clinical examination for assessment of diseases
