Kidney stones do not cause abnormal liver enzymes. The kidney stone can be a incidental finding. Do you have gall bladder stones? Your enzyme pattern suggest that you have infection and or obstruction in your bile tract. If you have fever don't hesitate to go to ER. Are you on any medication or herbal remedies. If so that is another common cause.
