Abdominal Pain, Late Period, Negative Pregnancy Test, Sore Nipples. Miscarriage?

My girlfriend has been experienceing some sharp lower left abdominal pain the past two days after I fingered her. She has also been late a few weeks on her period but she has taken two pregnancy tests and both were negative. She has sore nipples and breasts but I did bite them. Could she be having a miscarriage because she also have light bleeding after I fingered her?

Hi!. Thanks for your query. Ifeel the whole complaints are due to your handling her. You have not given the history of her sexual life. How can I know is it miscarriage unless I can know when she had her last inrecourse. See a GP and mild analgesics and Local ontments may give relief.
