Abdominal Pain, Low Fever, Hot And Cold Flashes, Sweating, Delayed Period. Suggestions?

I have abdominal pain but not the same pain as when you have food poisoning. The pain is like on the muscle and internal organ, when I poke my finger it hurts around the belly button. Yesterday I had low fever and hot and cold flush with sweating. The pain is constant, but worse when standing up straight, walk or move around in bed. When walking I have to be very slow and hunch like an old person and it is a bit less painful that way. I am 27, and had my 2nd daughter 6 months ago normally but my period has not yet returned (probably because I am fully breastfeeding). I don't normally get sick, this is the weirdest thing that has ever happened to me. Today the abdominal pain is still there but I no longer have fever.

Hi,
You had abdominal pain, around belly button, fever, hot cold flushes, and sweating, You are 27 and had 2nd daughter 6 months ago.
The pain at belly button suggests worms in the intestine, when they die can cause fever.
You can take albendazole one tablet, and some tablet of dicyclomine with your doctors advise for pain relief.
Thank you.
