HI,
I think yu deserve a medical consultation with your family physician. It could simply be an intestinal transitory dysfunction. However, gall bladder stones, liver disease or even other forms of appendicitis could still present in rare cases as such. Lower right lobe pneumonia is also a differential diagnosis. However, a physicina clinical evaluation, an abdominopelvic ultrasound and a chest X - ray could eb be very useful.
Thanks.
