Abdominal Pain When Changing Position Or Getting Up

Hello,

It seems to be like Musculoskeletal pain by history.
Because it comes by movement of the limb.
There are many muscles around the hip area.
Different set of muscles are use for different movements.
Consult an Orthopedician and get reevaluated.
