Abdominal Pain, X-ray Showed Dark Circle

I have right lower abdomen pain, sometimes like a ripping sensation. I had an X-ray done today and there was a lot of stool in my intestine but then there was a dark circle about an inch and a half in that same spot where I have the pain. It appeared to have a smaller circle about the size of a marble in that dark circle (black circle) it wasn t a perfect circle but resembled a circle shape. It was my right lower side.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From your history and report it suggests that you are having absolute constipation, loaded intestine full with fecal material, giving rise to lower abdominal pain.
Possibility of having appendicular pain is there but in x-ray report it is not shown so it is ruled out.
Take plenty of water.
Take plenty of green veggies.
If require your doctor may advice enema.
Ok and bye.
Ok and bye.
