Dear user, welcome to healthcare magic. You complain of post coital bleeding together with offensive vaginal discharge. There are many differential diagnoses, the most common are: Vaginal infection, displaced Intrauterine device, local cervical cause, presence of remnants from the previous pregnancy. You should have an examination using cuscow speculum in order to visualize the cervix and obtain a high vaginal swab for culture and a Pap smear for cytology. Also you should have an ultrasound to confirm a proper position of your intrauterine device and to exclude presence of remnants of conception. Finally you should have a quantitative hcg blood test to exclude molar pregnancy. My feeling is you have some vaginal infection no more. Good luck. Dr. Ahmed Bahaa.
