About A Week Ago I Started Using Meth Again Started

About a week ago I started using meth again started with swallowing it the first couple days and then swallowing and doing 1-3 shots throughout the day. Today the tip of my tongue started itching badly and if I do try and eat my entire mouth is in screaming pain. My gums, cheeks and the gland on the right side of any neck and swollen and painful. The gland on my neck is connects with something under my tongue that has filled with salvia and won't drain out. What does all of that mean and what should I do?
