Above The Mean Level Of Monocytes, Low Transferrin, High Tsat, High Globulin And Alpha1. Underlying Issues?

Hi. I have low Hb, rbc, hct, all low white except monocytes which are above the mean but not high. Iron normal, but transferrin low and tsat high. All liver results low in range except Globulin and Alpha1. Normal T3/T4/TSH but high rT3. GP has acknowledged i am cfs. Any ideas where next to check and where the underlying problems might be?
