Right ovation simple cyst noted My fibroid measures 3.6 x 4.2 cm display heterogeneous echo patterns That my result to my ultrasound what it s the meaning for this ? Do I really need to for operation to remove my myoma But still want to get pregnant Please advice me

Submucosal fibroid causes heavy bleeding during menstruation, and it may be a hindrance to pregnancy also. My suggestion is please consult a gynecologist for further management.
