Accumulation Of Blood Near Tip Of Penis, Happened After Intercourse, Getting Erection After 6 Hours Also. Any Ideas?

Hi, I have a cumulation of blood near the tip of the penis, under the skin. There is no pain. This happened after sexual intercourse a day ago and at that time i did feel something in the penis. The penis however did not go limp after that and i even got an erection 6 hours after the injury. However am worried about this now due to the blood accumulation.
