Ache On Left Side Of Chest And Tingly Left Hand

I have been suffering from a dull ache on the left side of my chest for 2 days and I keep getting a tingly left hand. none of it pain but dull ache. I am other wise fit and healthy. I am 31 years old, 5 2. 8 stone.

Dull ache with tingling in chest & arm can occur due to many reasons,     Start doing regular exercise ,it may disappear.
