HI

The pain you experience mainly seems to be of the acid reflux. the chest pain due heart is never tender by palpation. it also occurs due to anxiety and along with heart pain there are other symptoms like shortness of breath. A baseline ECG is suggested and if comes normal then the pain most probably is due to anxiety as in this age the heart pain in uncommon

Thanks
