Acne And Scars On Face. Taking Tufacne And Evion. Can I Take Medicines To Delay Period?
Hello doctors, myself poorva, i hv few ance n scars on my face. For this i am taking treatment. My doctor hs given me tuffacne n evion400. This treatment is fr 3 months bt nw problem is i am getting married on 28 nov this year and my period date is almost near by 28,n am afraid i might get on 27/28 so i hv planned to tk medicines which will delay my period.bt my doctor said i csnnot tk any medicine otherwise i might get reverse effect as i am taking dese tuffacne n evion400 medicines. Plz suggest me solution on this

hi yes tuffacne can change the periods date.spot tuffacne because it may cause serious side effects.but stop acne medication atleast for one month after stopping tufacne.even if u take hormonal treatment for ur periods it has effect on tufacne composition.u can continue evion tablet.start using epiduo cream for pimples for short contact therapyand use minocycline 100 mg od for 15 days
