Acne On Scrotum, Getting Bigger In Size. Will Baby Powder Or Gold Bond Help. Suggestions?

i have what looks like acne on my scrotum, not necessarily at the base of any hairs and they do seem to get bigger when i do nothing. i assume its because of sweat (since im very active) and bacteria, and just recently i found out not to pop them andkeep the area clean and keep my hands off. i also heard baby powder or gold bond can reduce moisture and help get rid of them. im 20 now and have had them since i was about 15, and was getting really worried. i have no health insurance so seeing a doctor is kinda hard. any comments or thoughts would help and be greatly appreciated. thanks

i think what you have on scrotum are called sebecous cysts,they look just like acne.no medical treatment works in this condition.they are nothing worrisome.go to a surgeon for excision only for cosmetic grounds
