Acute Bronchitis, Low Grade Fever, Muscle Weakness, Cough. Have Titanium Plates, Screws In Neck. Allergic Reaction To Plates?

9 months ago I had a titanium plate and screws put in my neck. 6 weeks ago I developed what seemed to be acute bronchitis, fatigue, low grade fever and muscle weakness, cough. I have taken 2 z packs and symptoms seem to be getting worse and now feel like my throat is restricted and chocking. I'm wondering if this may be from the surgery or an allergic reaction to the plate?

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Titanium plate was inserted 9 months back , while symptoms developed 6 weeks back .
In my opinion allergic reaction is not due to plate.
All these symptoms mentioned in the query may be due to .
1 Asthmatic allergic bronchitis , as there are , cough, fever, muscle weakness, fatigue, throat pain , chocking sensation in throat , all are an indication of asthmatic allergic bronchitis. In this condition usually patient develop sneezing , running nose, breathlessness, eyes tears , whistling sound during breathing. Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical & clinical examination by a physician.
2 Tuberculosis , diagnosis can be confirmed by X RAY chest and sputum examination.
3 Septic pharyngitis may be the next reason.Diagnosis can be confirmed by physical examination by an E N T specialist.
In my opinion consult a physician and get his opinion as according to above mentioned conditions.
