Addicted To Spasmo Proxyvon. Rehab Centers Are Not Helpful Here. Suggestions?

Hi doctor I'm from Bhutan,and I have been addicted to spasmo proxyvon for the last 10 years,and my dose is 10 capsule a day.since my country is small rehab centers are really bad and useless,please help me doc,I would be really greatful if u could tell me what I should do,since I don't have anywhere to go for advice.thank u and will wait for ur answer.

Thanks for the query to H.C.M. Forum.
Shame to you , you are blaming your own country as Bhutan is one of the best country in the world for living.
As far as concerned about addiction of dexropropoxyphene you can get rid of this drug ( capsule ) with dedication and determination .
Now you are taking 10 capsule / day and they develops EUPHORIA & SEDATION .
Also pain reliever .
In my opinion first day take 8 capsule + aceclofenac 200 mg C R ( potent pain reliever without any sedation).
In this way you can taper of the spasmo-proxyvon gradually .
Still you feel any problem I will help.
