Hello i am mujtaba and is 15 years old.I am so addicted of sex that i sometime feel shame from my self but i cant overcome this addiction kindly help me sir i will be very thankfull to u give me advice but i cant take medicines i daily used to do sex

every day doing sex is not addiction at the age of 15. it is excessive sexual drive thats all and it can happen in some when the hormone levels are high, as the age advances the drive also reduces and atomatically the sex urge reduces

hi welcome to HCM.its not addiction.its happen to most of adolescents.its because of hormonal changes in the body.as age increases this wil get reduces because body needs some time to get adjust for new change in the body.dont waste by thinking about it.its your crucial period try to concentrate on studies,avoid to be alone try to be in group,avoid watching bad movies,daily you do meditation,go for early morning jogging,these measures fresh up your mind and you feel fresh and automatically you wil stop thinking about it ok.
