Adverse Reaction To Flonase Causing Septum To Crust, Bleed, Scab. Any Suggestions?

I HAD A ADVERSE REACTION TO FLONASE CAUSING MY SEPTUM TO CRUST, BLEED , SCAB, GOT INFECTED. I WAS PUT ON BACTROBAN AND AVALOX AND THE SCABS ARE BETTER, WHEN I MOISTEN THE SCAB WITH SALINE/BACTROBAN, IT GETS TOO MOIST AND THE FRAGILE SKIN TURNS WHITE AND SLOUGHS OFF, BUT DOESN T BLEED, NICE TISSUE UNDERNEATH BUT WHEN DRY, IT GETS SLIGHTLY SCABBY AGAIN. ANY SUGGESTIONS
