Advice On Medicines For Acute Intestinal Pancreatitis

My problem: Acute Interstitial Pancreatitis with Peri Pancreatic Inflammation (Detected through whole abdomen CT Scan on 14th January). Started on 10th January and after normal antibiotics for stomach infection, treatment through IV fluids started on 14th after detection of the problem. After 3 days of liquid intake, semi solid food intake started and discharged from hospital on 20th January. Treatment continuing with:

1)     Tablet Pankreoflat – 3xD

2)     Tablet Zanocin – 200mg 2xD

3)     Tablet Metrogyl – 400mg 3xD

4)     Tablet Pantocid – 40mg 2xD

Also Taking regular BP tablets Telma 40 / Minipress XL 2.5 2xD

Current situation on 22nd January : Still a bit uncomfortable feeling in the stomach after food and weakness in Legs. Advice needed should I continue the treatment or seek fresh medical opinion?

Age : 53 Years, Male, 80Kg , 180CM height.

Request your advice.
