Advice On Semen Analysis Report
hi,
i went to semen analysis, my sperm concentration is 18.7 millions/ml, reaction pH is 8.0, Rapid Progressive 22%, moderately progressive 16%, sluggishly 11%, non motile 51%, morphology- normal and fructose (qualitative) - present. Is the report normal?

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have what is termed as Oligospermia meaning there by that your sperm count is low as per WHO standards .
.Rest of the parameters like motility and morphology is within normal limits .
Since you have not mentioned rest of the findings like presence or absence of pus cells ,RBC etc, I can not make precise comments .
Please repeat your semen analysis after one month with due care of abstinence for 3- 4 days before collecting semen sample for analysis and post detail report so as to make precise comments.
