Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to X-ray report, there are hazy opacities in both lower lobes of the lungs.Suspicious infiltrates are also seen in both upper lobes.
It may be due to pneumonia or T.B(koch's infection).
Firstly, full course of antibiotics should be prescribed. If it is unresponsive to antibiotics then investigations for T.B should be done.
Heart is enlarged in size,it may be due to age related or hypertension.
Sclerotic aortic knob is age related finding or it may also be due to hypertension.
Both CP angles & diaphragm are normal.
Hope i have answered your query.

Take Care
