Advise On The Urine Test With Pus Cells 2-5/HPF

Hello Doctor, I have a problem with section of my body where is located the sperm line from right side,
I did the urine test twice last week and today, so the results are ok except Pus cell 2-5/HPF and Red Blood Cell 1-2/HPF, Bacteria OCCASIONAL/HPF, so I do not know what is it could you please advice me what to do or why I have such results in my urine,

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Most likely you are suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).

UTI is indicated by presence of pus cells,RBC,occasional bacteria in urine.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Random blood sugar,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed.
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
