Dear Doctor,
 We are from india, my wife is suffering from fever, dry cough, shivering and joint pain. we have gone to a doctor, said that infection in the urinal. please find the below urin test details.
Colour - Light Yellow, Appearance - Clear, Reaction - Acidic, Albumin - Traces, Sugar - Nil, Pus Cells - Plenty/HPF, EP Cells - 6-8/HPF, RBS Cells - 0-0/HPF. 
Could you please let us know any thing serious from the above report.
Medicines corrently using: Himalaya Cystone syrup,  Phensedyl New Cough Linctus, Mahacef-Plus tablet, Volvaran Plus Tablet.
as and when she uses the tablet, she is getting relived and in 24 hrs she is getting this shivering. Past Two days she is getting in the midnight. Now also she is kind of feeling shivering. We are using the tablets and syrup since Yesterday. 
Please let us know if anything serious about the condition. and also let me know what food she can eat.
