Advise Remedy For Acne

Age-24, Male
I am suffering from Acne (pimple and Red boils in my face from when i was 14, it came down when i was 22 when i took acutret 20 mg, now it has started coming again, small pimples are regular, but sometimes also get big bumpy red boils on nose and cheek.
Please advice me

I understand that you are suffering from acne with occasional nodules and cysts.
You will benefit from taking a course of oral doxycycline or azithromycin for 6-8 weeks.
You can also apply a gel containing 1 % clindamycin in the morning and a gel containing 2.5 % benzoyl peroxide with 0.1% adapelene at bedtime.
Use a face wash containing 2 % salicylic acid once a day.
Do not use thick creams / cosmetics.
Avoid fatty and sugary foods.
Drink plenty of water.
Have a healthy diet rich in anti oxidants.
If these measures do not help even after 6 weeks, you may need another course of oral isotretinoin, under the supervision of a dermatologist.
