Hello, Welcome to healthcare magic. I understand that you are suffering from acne with occasional nodules and cysts. You will benefit from taking a course of oral doxycycline or azithromycin for 6-8 weeks. You can also apply a gel containing 1 % clindamycin in the morning and a gel containing 2.5 % benzoyl peroxide with 0.1% adapelene at bedtime. Use a face wash containing 2 % salicylic acid once a day. Do not use thick creams / cosmetics. Avoid fatty and sugary foods. Drink plenty of water. Have a healthy diet rich in anti oxidants. If these measures do not help even after 6 weeks, you may need another course of oral isotretinoin, under the supervision of a dermatologist. Hope this helps you. Take care.
