Advised To Use Andapalene And Clindamycin. Have Bumpy Skin In Cheeks Rash Is Spreading. Suffer Dryness, Itchiness. Safe Remedy?

My dermatologist told me to use andapalene and clindamycin phosphate gel as I was having bumpy skin on my cheeks which he said were pimples and whiteheads that are undert eh surface of the skinner using it for 10 days it seems like the rash is spreading and I suffer dryness, itchiness, inflammation as well has pimple and white head breakouts!! Please advise what I should do and is this normal?

Hi, thanks for calling Health care magic forum
The break outs may be due to oily food, spicy food, or sweats.
If you have really bad breakouts consult your doctor, for follow up.
It may be the allergic reaction , to one of the things you have used. So you can ask for a substitution
I prescribe to my patients erythromycin 500mg,anti oxidants. Stop local medicines.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, fruits and juices. Take more water.
