After Effects Of Gender Reassignment Surgery?

Hi, I am a trans individual and have already been on Hormone Replacement Therapy for almost a full year. Since things have been going pretty well so far, I m trying to start to research my options as far as sex/gender reassignment surgery, but I have been a little disheartened when looking at the before and after pictures. How much of a say/choice do I have when it comes to the way my genitals will look after surgery? And what are the costs specifically for this surgery, so I can try to budget and save up. I am turning 28 this year and trying very hard to have the surgery by the time I m 30. Thank you for your time.

Your choice will depend upon the dominant your physical characters,(phenotype) the breast development, genitals, voice, emotional and behavioral build-up. The conversion of the genitals to a functional vagina or penis, would depend upon your harmonal status and the expertise. These points should help u discuss with your team, and take it forward.
