After Having Depo Shot, Can A Roller Coaster, Spinning Ride Start Period?
I am on Depo Shot and i havent had my period for months because of it . I went on a roller coaster and another spinning ride . Afterwards I felt sick and i started spotting like i was on a light period. im 18 years old . Im about 112 pounds and 5 foot 4

You are on Depo shot and you haven't had period since months. Presently, you have started spotting after a roller coaster ride. Roller coaster ride shouldn't have any such effects but it can cause excitement, changes in normal routine, thyroid problems may cause you such symptoms.
Side effects of depo shot are irregular bleeding, you should take rest for a couple of days. Just relax and avoid self pleasuring or sex for few days. Stay away from addictions if any. Take care of your hygiene. Take home made nutritious food rich in minerals and protein. Do not do heavy exercises and avoid doing any heavy work. It should stop in a few days. If not, you should get clinically examined by a Gynae or a health care provider.
