After Healing From Ruptured Ear Still Have Unbearable Noise?

Eardrum rupture
Two months ago, someone slapped me hard on my left ear and head which lead to my eardrum rupture. Eventually, it healed, but I'm still hearin that unbearable noise that I I'm not able to describe. it's 24/7.
I wanna know if I have a problem and what should I do.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
Hello

Welcome in H.C.M.

I have gone through your query regarding traumatic rupture of your ear drum followed by healing but still tinnitus is persisting.

Traumatic rupture of ear drum heales more often very fast but some times if force of trauma is much higher than there are possibilities of damage to inner ear as well. In such cases some times loss of hearing and tinnitus still left behind if not properly taken care of.

You should consult an ENT doctor for thorough examination and audiometric testing and treatment.

Regards.
