After Hysterectomy- Robotic Procedure Noticed Foul Odour On Body

Today is my first post week total hysterectomy- Robotic procedure. I am experiencing lots of the same symptoms other talked with me about on the physical side, but one thing that has changed is my sense of smell. Is this ok? Will it last? I'm really struggling with this, I know of all things. I am sweating at night and can't sleep, but the odor is not me at all. I know this sounds totally crazy but I feel so unlike myself because of this. My husband said he doesn't notice it but I don't have my follow up post op visit till Wednesday an
