After Sex Headache, Back Pain, Nausea, Dizziness Blood Spotting. Bladder Infection/diabetes/dehydration. Suggestions?

I have a headache, back pain, foot pain, leg pain, chest pain, leg pain, hot to touch, nausea, sometimes dizziness, blood spotting.... This happened right after me and my boyfriend had sex but the pregnancy test came negative twice and the nurse had told me that it could be a bladder infection but it wasn't and iv been feeling like this since last month so I'm wondering what I have.... Maybe diabetes or dehydration

Hi,
Thanks for the query.
There is possibility of some pelvic infection that might have acquired due to intercourse.
If you did the pregnancy test before missing the periods date, you can once again do the test after one week of missed period.
Meanwhile you can consult gynecologist once and get examined to rule out the possibility of any infection.
And also check for hemoglobin levels, blood sugar levels and thyroid profile once.
By this the possible cause for your problem can be find out and treatment can be given.
