After Working In My Yard, The Area Behind My Right

After working in my yard, the area behind my right knee is really sore and hurts when I walk and/or stretch it out. I would imagine I over-did the yard work all at one time and strained the area. What can I do to relieve the pain and help it repair. Thanks.
