Age Spot On Shoulders, Raised, Crusty, Itchiness, Mole Above Breast. Causes And Treatment?

Age 56 weight 170 good health. Age spot on shoulder for many years (10), in past month it has raised and turned crusty. Along strap area, therefore does not get sun. Sunscreen when out on shoulders, etc. Crustiness is sometimes itchy, under crust is raw skin. Should I see dermatologist . At the same time, I had a new mole grow above breast which is flesh color but also crusty.

Thanks for posting your query.
You need to see a dermatologist.
Crusting of moles needs to be evaluated. Any change in the mole warrants an investigation to rule out melanoma.
Your doctor will do a dermatoscopy and if needed will also perform a biopsy.

Considering your age, it will better if you consult your dermatologist so that if required skin biospy may be done to rule out malignancy..if it come out any bening condition like Seborrheic Keratosis or anything else treatment will be more easy.
