Allergic To Dust-mites, Outbreaks Of Pimples, Blackheads On Nose, Forehead. No Acne History. Have Sensitive Skin. Cure?
I am allergic to dust-mites, I've been working as a house maid for 7 months now and ever since then i get random outbreaks and they don't go away they don't really look like pimples more like red irritated dots; although some of them do look like pimples, I've also been getting a lot of black heads around my nose and on my forehead. I don't have a history of any acne and am not sure why this is happing could it be from the dust? I am stressed and not eating right as well, maybe a combination of all of it? Also i have somewhat sensitive skin because it reacts to any kind of fragrance, what should i do to get rid of these pimples, my face gets red and irritated easily so i cant touch it too much. Let me know what you think please!

Allergic To Dust-mites, Outbreaks Of Pimples, Blackheads On Nose, Forehead. No Acne History. Have Sensitive Skin. Cure?
Hi, I feel, you may be having rosacea , after reading your history. It is a chronic relapsing skin disease occuring on face and forehead. There may be erythema, pimple like lesions, telangiectesia, papular and patchy lesions on cheek and forehead. There may be mild burning or itching. Stress, anxiety, sleeplessness, travelling, sunrays, spicy and oily food, menstrual disturbances..etc may precipitate or exacerbate the disease. Antibiotics like doxycycline ,minocyclin or azithromycine may be taken. Metronidazole gel may be applied. Avoid stress and all precipitating factors. I hope you got my answer. Thanks.
