Along My Ribcage, Running Top To Bottom, I Noticed A

Along my ribcage, running top to bottom, I noticed a few weeks ago in a vertical line, a series of connected "lumps" that I only feel if i lift arm up over head. Just today, i noticed there was another bump with a small bruise on it. I dont know how to describe the actual texture of the bulges, but it almost feel like I am moving my fingers over a vein. And underneath the skin, it is almost a "ridged" feeling. No real pain, unless I press relatively hard on it. No pain otherwise....
