if u can't get or like JANUMET alternative is JALRA M 50/500 or galvus 50/500 in the same prescribed dose
remember treatment for diabetes is DIET

if you dont follow first three they will join together
tablets contribute only 25% WHILE OTHERS MAKE 75%
