Although I Have Already Had My Regular Period, Still It Bleeding

i already had my period but i keep bleeding and i get really sick and light headed and have head aches but i comes and goes almost every other day or randomly through out the day what is wrong with me and what can i try or what could it be?

This is called as Menorrhagia and it is obvious to feel weak and light headed after such blood loss. So you should report to a gynecologist and act accordingly.
